About the client

In the midst of the COVID pandemic, Madison Reed — an innovative American hair-care brand — saw physical stores close and ecommerce demand spike 10×. The tech-driven company needed to adapt swiftly and overhaul its user experience.

The challenge

Madison Reed needed a partner to build a mobile app that enhanced their digital presence and integrated seamlessly with their customers’ experience — on a tight schedule, with a smooth transition back to their internal team.
