Project Summary

Rootstrap collaborated closely with Rickhouse to build a sophisticated reviews analyzer product. Initially, the client had only a basic concept prototyped in Replit. Rootstrap stepped in to refine, validate, and scale this into a robust platform that organizes and leverages thousands of customer reviews.

What We Built

The resulting product enables Rickhouse clients to analyze extensive review data efficiently, clustering and filtering feedback to create detailed personas and actionable insights. The system includes intuitive visualizations, interactive graphs, timelines, and an AI-powered chatbot to facilitate seamless interactions and deeper analysis. The platform pairs a React frontend with a Django backend, integrated data science pipelines, and AI models for review clustering, persona generation, insights visualization, and conversational analysis.
