Client
Growpath is legal case management software for lawyers, created by lawyers.
Engagement Overview
Growpath partnered with Rootstrap to strengthen and expand its engineering capabilities through a staff augmentation model. The team spanned product management, design, infrastructure, support, and engineering leadership.
What We Delivered
Rootstrap's engagement began with a comprehensive code audit that laid the groundwork for process improvements, delivery stability, and platform evolution. Our team supported end-to-end efforts across engineering and infrastructure — introducing structured sprint cadences, improving CI/CD workflows, optimizing Kubernetes resources, documenting and refining cloud infrastructure on GCP, and managing complex data migrations and system maintenance.
Key Initiative: Archway
A flagship project of the partnership is Archway — the integration of a separate legal software platform into Growpath's core product. Rootstrap led planning, estimation, design alignment, and is currently driving development.
Results & Impact
Though the partnership is ongoing, Growpath consistently praises Rootstrap for our initiative, adaptability, and ability to bring stability and velocity to a high-complexity environment.
