Our Engagement

We provided staff augmentation, initially assigning a Product Manager to align on business needs and a Ruby on Rails developer to execute. Today, we continue with a dedicated developer fully embedded in the client's team.

Project Contributions

Rootstrap helped modernize Late2Lien's platform by building Version 2 (V2) of the client portal with a fresh UI while maintaining coexistence with Version 1. We upgraded the platform's technology stack (Rails 5 to 7, Ruby 2.5 to 3.3) and introduced critical new functionalities such as bulk data updates via CSV and invoice generation.

We are currently integrating StorageTreasures' API, expanding auction capabilities and creating new service workflows.

Results and Impact

Our progressive rollout approach enabled seamless modernization without disrupting operations. The client rapidly adopted the new V2 interface as the default view, and is increasingly entrusting us with broader responsibilities as our partnership strengthens.
